Application Process and Admission Policy

APPLICATION PROCESS

The process for applying to Hendersonville Christian School is as follows:

1. Complete an Application for Admission: The completed form should be returned to the office, along with the application fee. Applying for admission includes submitting all relevant records and signing the school's Statement of Faith. In compliance with ACSI requirements, an offer of acceptance cannot be made until all information is complete and the application fee is paid. If the school denies acceptance, the application fee will be refunded.

2. Testing: All new students are tested to determine their current grade level and whether or not any learning challenges need to be addressed.  The testing fee is non-refundable. 

3. Interview with the Headmaster and Coordinator(s):  An interview will be scheduled at your family's convenience with Mr. Mosely and the appropriate school coordinator(s).

Hendersonville Christian School admits students of any race, color, national and ethnic origin to all the rights, privileges, programs, and activities generally accorded or made available to students at the school. HCS does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, national or ethnic origin in administration of its educational policies, admissions policies, scholarship program, athletic program, or any other school administered programs. Accepted families must be supportive of the HCS Statement of Faith and agree with the policies found in the current Parent/Student Handbook.
