Supporting HCS

There are many ways in which one can support Hendersonville Christian School.  First and foremost, we ask for your prayers as we teach, make decisions, and reach out to our community.  A volunteer group at our school--Parents in Touch--meets specifically to pray for HCS at the beginning of each week.

Second, we invite you to participate in the many events that occur throughout the year.  From athletic games and fine arts programs to Veterans' Day Chapel and Grandparents' Day, we offer many ways in which you can encourage  students with your presence and see the school for yourself.

Third, we ask for your financial support.  Hendersonville Christian School is a non-profit organization.  It is our desire that all who wish to attend HCS be able to do so.  Consequently, the school gives financial aid to a number of its students every year, including over $70,000 in tuition assistance last year alone.  HCS is able to continue this scholarship program through the generous donations of individuals, churches, and businesses.

We have a number of development opportunities in which donors can participate throughout the year.  These events include the Mustang Classic Golf Tournament (September), the Family Fun Festival (October), Growing the Miracle Dinner (March), and an On-Line Auction (April).  Proceeds go toward our annual giving campaign, which aids tuition assistance, teachers' resources, fine arts, and athletics.
